What we’re hiring for:
We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Demand Generation Manager for our Marketing Team based out of our Austin, Texas headquarters or Remotely in the United States.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
- Plan, execute, and manage demand generation campaigns within Hubspot across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and content syndication, to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up, relevant content delivery, and optimized conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content creators and product marketers to develop compelling content assets that resonate with target audiences and support demand generation efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, build dashboards in Hubspot, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead quality, to provide actionable insights and contribute to data-driven optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements, including email subject lines, landing page layouts, and CTAs, to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to set up lead scoring, segment audiences, and automate personalized communication to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff, gather feedback on lead quality, and refine lead qualification criteria based on insights from sales interactions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and develop strategies that position the company's offerings effectively.
What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:
- Strategy implementation: Capability to execute inbound marketing strategies with a focus on driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions.
- Hubspot expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in Hubspot to drive strategy, implementation and metrics.
- Content creation: Ability to create compelling and effective content across various formats, such as blogs, social media, and email.
- SEO: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Social media marketing: Experience with using social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage with target audience, and drive traffic.
- Email marketing: Capability to design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive conversions and build customer loyalty.
- Lead generation: Familiarity with lead generation tactics such as gated content, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Analytics: Ability to use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of inbound marketing campaigns, and to use data to optimize future strategies.
- Project management: Capability to manage inbound marketing projects, including timelines and budgets, to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
