Accountabilities:
- Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels to drive user acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Create and improve conversion-focused user journeys, ensuring a seamless experience from first interaction through customer conversion.
- Manage and enhance website performance, landing pages, and signup flows to maximize demo requests and product adoption.
- Collaborate with product, content, and revenue operations teams to align acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Analyze funnel performance, campaign metrics, and customer behavior data to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and overall ROI.
- Leverage experimentation, testing, and AI-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing within SaaS, AI, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) business models.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing and analytics tools such as Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and A/B testing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a creative yet performance-oriented approach to marketing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
