Why this role matters:

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting lead generation channels, affiliates (CSE), review sites, and channel optimization efforts within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel, ultimately contributing to revenue growth.

Where you will work:

Flex Worker - You will have home based days, but can be required to commute to the office for collaboration, customer meetings and presentations up to 3 days a week (exact days to be agreed with your line manager).

What you will do:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with company goals and target audience demographics. This includes identifying target channels, optimizing messaging, and implementing tactics to attract and convert leads.
  • Affiliate Management: Manage relationships with affiliate partners to maximize lead generation opportunities. This involves identifying and onboarding new affiliates, negotiating terms, and providing ongoing support to ensure mutual success.
  • Review Site Management: Monitor and optimize our presence on review sites and other third-party platforms to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Actively engage with customers, respond to reviews, and implement strategies to leverage positive feedback for lead generation.
  • Channel Optimization: Continuously analyze the performance of lead generation channels, utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Experiment with new tactics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques to maximize channel effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Prior experience 5+ in a Marketing, Demand Generation or related position.

Desirable

  • Detailed project management and organization skills across multiple tasks and timelines. 
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools, management systems and channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, 6sense, Madison Logic, Google, Salesforce, etc.,
  • Demonstrated impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Demonstrated proficiency in marketing customer support and sales administration within the technology sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening.
