This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager in Brazil.

This role is designed for a performance-driven marketer who knows how to turn positioning, content, and messaging into scalable enterprise pipeline. You will own multi-channel demand generation programs that span outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, content distribution, and emerging growth experiments. Operating in a fast-paced, product-led environment, you will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to target enterprise buyers and influence complex purchasing decisions. A key part of your impact will be building and scaling a modern social and content amplification engine from the ground up. You will act as both strategist and hands-on operator, shaping campaigns that directly influence revenue outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across outbound, paid media, social, and content syndication to drive qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Build and optimize outbound campaigns in partnership with sales teams, ensuring strong alignment with target accounts and buyer personas.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy, including LinkedIn, paid search, and experimental channels, focusing on measurable pipeline impact.
  • Develop and scale an organic social and executive thought leadership strategy from the ground up.
  • Lead content distribution and amplification efforts to maximize reach and engagement across all marketing assets.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy based on market insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue influence.
  • Act as the voice of the market, bringing customer and industry insights back into product, content, and sales strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution across all demand generation initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with significant agency experience running campaigns across multiple clients.
    • Strong background in marketing to enterprise buyers, particularly CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and senior marketing stakeholders.
    • Proven experience in martech, marketing technology, or marketing-adjacent SaaS environments.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles, including multi-threaded deals and account-based marketing approaches.
    • Hands-on expertise in outbound marketing, paid social (especially LinkedIn), paid search, and content syndication.
    • Proven track record of driving enterprise pipeline, not just lead volume or MQLs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
    • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
    • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
    • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align demand generation with revenue goals.
    • Nice to have: in-house demand generation experience in addition to agency background.
    • Nice to have: experience building organic social or executive thought leadership programs from scratch.
    • Nice to have: familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and modern B2B marketing stacks.
