We are looking for a talented demand generation marketer to join our team. As a key member of the North American marketing team, you will serve as an demand generation expert, planning, executing, analyzing and reporting on campaign results across channels, with a particular emphasis on email and digital marketing.Â

What You'll Do- Plan and manage TOFU demand gen campaigns across a variety of channels, working in partnership with the creative services, thought leadership and digital marketing teams to develop messaging, creative assets and conversion points which yield new prospects into the marketing funnel for further email nurturing into sales-qualified leads.Â
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across a variety of channels, working in partnership with the creative services, product marketing and digital marketing teams to develop messaging, creative assets and conversion points which yield MQL’s for the Sales team.Â
- Collaborate with Field marketing to execute pre and post marketing related to conferences and webinars. The primary focus will be on developing plans to nurture event attendees into sales-ready leads.
- Develop and implement lead nurture strategy including a lead recycle program to ensure we are maximizing the conversion of engaged prospects into sales-qualified leads.Â
- Assist team with set-up of Landing Pages and Forms, ensuring that all demand gen tactics are set-up with closed-loop tracking of results within Salesforce.
- Monitor, analyze and provide regular tracking and reporting on campaign results and business impact.
- Serve as the team subject matter expert for email marketing, providing end-to-end email campaign development and maintaining the team email campaign calendar.
- 3+ years executing demand gen programs for a B2B companyÂ
- Proven mastery and understanding of email best practices, industry benchmarks and testing strategies
- Experience managing an email marketing calendar and providing end-to-end email campaign management/deployment
- Strong understanding of persona-based targeting, integrated marketing and delivering the right content to the right prospects at the right time
- Experience in planning and executing demand generation programs across a variety of channels including email, social media, display ads, content syndication, ABM, etc.Â
- Experience with Pardot (or other Marketing Automation Platform)Â
- Knowledge of SEO, paid search and display best practicesÂ
- Demonstrated results in exceeding lead generation targetsÂ
- Highly accountable for meeting deadlines and goalsÂ
- Demonstrates outside the box thinking and a test and learn mentalityÂ
- Data-curious and always looking for ways to improve resultsÂ
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn about the latest industry developments and technologies
- Problem solver
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Have experience marketing SaaS software platforms in the legal technology industry
- Experience working in a high growth technology company ($100M+ revenue, 50% YoY growth)
- Pardot certification and/or experience with Pardot and Salesforce integration
- Experience managing paid social ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and web analytics tools/technology
- Advanced paid search and SEO knowledge or campaign management experienceÂ
- Experience supporting a global marketing team, including management of campaigns outside of the North American marketÂ
