What are we looking for?

The BetterHelp for Organization department is tasked with expanding access to quality care through institutional buyers who can provide BetterHelp as a no/low-cost benefit. We are currently seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to increase lead quantity and quality with campaign initiatives that raise our visibility among key stakeholder groups.

BetterHelp is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who can accelerate growth for the enterprise and mid-market segments in the US and Canada. You will align closely with Sales Leaders and build integrated marketing programs to drive lead generation, nurture flows and opportunity pipeline. The ideal candidate has an understanding of how to market to different personas within an enterprise organization, and the creativity to define use cases most likely to drive pipeline within segments, with a goal of increasing lead generation and revenue. This role will report into our VP of Sales and Partnerships.

What will you do?

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign workflows, including forecasting, creative briefings, execution and measurement/evaluation to increase lead quantity and quality among key buyer segments.
  • Execute marketing programs 2-3x per quarter (ex: speaking, sponsorship, content) on behalf of Sales to support outbound lead development
  • Develop a content strategy and calendar that enables us to regularly post brand content that is appealing to a business decision-maker audience
  • Conduct market research, and user testing to understand the best way to increase lead quantity and quality among key buyer segments
  • Develop a comprehensive demand marketing strategy with consideration for industry, personas, and optimal use cases
  • Deploy A/B tests to drive the most effective ROI for a variety of growth marketing initiatives
  • Establish a measuring and tracking framework, and own reporting to key stakeholders
  • Effectively analyze and present data to the team. Proactively identify winning strategies and execute on them based on this data.
  • Deliver on innovative and appropriate strategies by cross-functionally working with internal content writers and graphic designers who understand BetterHelp's products, customer base, and B2B buyer journey.
  • Create and execute customer account-based marketing strategies and campaign

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years experience in a marketing demand generation role
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management (communications planning, creative briefing, media evaluation, landing page optimization, and measurement)
  • Previous experience in a B2B company, with an understanding of the sales funnel
  • Experience with Salesforce product suite (ie: Sales Cloud and Pardot) or similar platform
  • Ability to demonstrate projects which measured and significantly improved business KPIs (conversion, retention, revenue etc) using various marketing strategies.
  • Passion and experience in creating opportunities and revenue, not just leads.
  • Experience in conversion optimization and A/B testing.
  • Experience conducting market and user research to develop effective customer-facing content and value propositions.
  • Must be data-driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and the ability to execute against findings. Experience with web analytics and data analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of consumer web products.
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, RSU's and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
