SilkRoad is seeking a B2B demand gen professional. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving revenue to attract, retain and grow customer accounts. This is a hands-on role where you will not only develop the lead gen strategy, but also execute on your strategy across marketing channels, while taking an analytical approach to understanding what worked, what didn't and why or why not. Your contributions to SilkRoad will include:
- Developing our lead generation strategy and executing on the company's vision across marketing channels that generate qualified leads.
- Creating campaign strategy, positioning, timeline, and action plans.
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to lead and provide direction with consistent messaging that resonates with the audience, increases awareness of value proposition and drives leads.
- Working with Sales team to determine lead scoring criteria and ensure optimal marketing to sales lead handoff.
- Using technology, data and analytics to monitor progress and improve effectiveness of strategy.
- Performing market analysis to discover and take action on new marketing opportunities.
- Communicating results and forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilizing and adhering to budget to achieve lead generation goals.
- Identifying areas of campaign opportunities and continuously developing new strategies to increase touchpoints with clients and prospects to optimize conversion rates.
Required Skills
- Thorough understanding of the lead qualification and nurture process.
- Ability to drive revenue results from various campaigns and partnership with Sales team.
- An analytical mindset, with a passion for data and problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task with strong project management and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Excellent communicator with ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization and write compelling campaign copy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results and deadline driven environment.
- Proficient with computer software including Salesforce and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of multichannel hands-on demand generation experience; B2B and SaaS demand generation experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue results from various lead generation campaigns.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred).
- Experience with account-based marketing is a plus.
