Demand Generation Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an omnichannel marketing strategy to drive demand for our core set of products and expand our footprint within current customers. This position requires a proven track record of successful B2B demand generation campaigns planning and execution, strong project management skills and a passion for driving conversion optimization.Â
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy that includes all things digital, programmatic media, email nurture, events, webinars, ABM and moreÂ
- Manage the strategy, development and execution of campaigns and events to drive lead, pipeline and hit booking targetsÂ
- Apply KPIs, analytics and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects and drive continual optimization of campaign performanceÂ
- Orchestrate Account Based Marketing Programs to successfully penetrate target accountsÂ
- Work with product marketing to develop and/or source high-value content offers and calls to action aligned to buyers' stage specific information needs for use in programs and campaignsÂ
- Manage budgets, schedules, internal teams and resources and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent campaignsÂ
- Define demand waterfall targets, pipeline contribution, budgets and campaign metrics and continually monitor and measure campaigns to improve results, ROI and achieve lead goalsÂ
- Collaborate with design and digital teams for the development of different elements required by the campaignsÂ
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop messaging aligned to target audience for key campaign assetsÂ
- Work with Marketing Operations to develop and manage numerous automated email flows, sending targeted emails including drips and nurtures, and analyzing email performance data to determine success and areas for optimizationÂ
What Experience You'll Need
- 5+ years of B2B demand gen experience with a proven track record of successful campaignsÂ
- Experience in software/high tech industries and healthcare verticalsÂ
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Terminus or other ABM tools (ie: 6sense, Metadata.io)
- Experience with the Sirius Decision demand waterfall approach and inbound marketing best practices
- Ability to work in a team environment with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Strategy and Business DevelopmentÂ
- Strong verbal, written and project management skillsÂ
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesÂ
- Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finishÂ
- Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilitiesÂ
