Boomi is looking for a Demand Generation Operations Specialist to support our global growth. You will collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, events, and sales development teams to develop innovative programs and campaigns that support the growth of the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with stakeholders across the global marketing team on marketing channel strategy to then build, execute, optimize, and report on programs across email, nurture, chat, webinars, gifting, content syndication, sponsored programs, events, and more

  • Full-funnel program execution and work with the marketing operations team to build scalable processes and optimize channels.

  • Partner with the marketing operations team members to report on programs and advise stakeholders on improvements, targeting, segmentations, and which channels align best to funnel stages to accelerate known leads to MQL

  • Partner closely with SDRs and SDR leadership to ensure all SDR cadences, workflows, and enablement processes align to our demand programs and operational models. 

  • Be the demand gen program expert, deploying best practices and competitive approaches to campaigns and marketing technology across volume-velocity programs. You will exist in the incubator for testing new tools, program strategies, processes and approaches to growing marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue

The experience you bring:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in a demand generation or marketing operations capacity, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • BA in Marketing or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building demand generation programs like email programs, webinars, digital programs, event programs, and more

  • Marketo experience

  • Salesforce experience

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, ON24, Drift, Leadspace, Direct Mail tools like Alyce, web personalization tools, and intent tools

Key competencies:

  • Analytical, metrics-driven, system-building mindset: you will help create the demand and marketing ops engine that will fuel Boomi’s growth

  • You are self-motivated, ask questions, enjoy learning new skills, and prefer to be working in your “stretch” zone

  • You have prior SDR experience or experience working closely with SDRs to ensure demand programs are actioned upon appropriately

  • Beyond demand generation, you possess some knowledge of marketing operations from lead scoring to lifecycle models, data management best practices, program structure, attribution models, and Salesforce reporting

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position begins at $57,248 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
