We are seeking a Demand Generation Planning Specialist to join our team.
This position can be located anywhere in North America.
Job Summary The Demand Generation Planning Specialist is responsible for architecting, developing, executing, measuring and optimizing all down-funnel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads that grow and accelerate the sales pipeline. This role encompasses a mixture of strategic planning and analysis with hands-on campaign development and execution. Duties and Responsibilities
- In collaboration with sales and marketing, define market segments, target personnas and solutions focus for campaigns. Campaigns will be aligned to support the priorities for specific sales regions as defined by tools such as Heatmaps.
- Work with the Regional Field Marketing Managers and Marketing Operations to analyze marketing qualified lead pipeline and identify campaign opportunities.
- Develop campaign plans with a mix of tactics including emails and sales calls to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through sales qualification (SQL) and nurturing to opportunity creation using a mix of campaign tactics including sales calls.
- Collate and manage the creation of bottom of funnel content and assets (explainer videos, whitepapers, case studies, product overviews, competitive materials, ROI tools) for use in campaigns.
- Support all bottom of funnel campaign initiatives to include Account Based Marketing (ABM) and pipeline acceleration plans.
- Design campaign architecture, build sales cadences for SalesLoft aligned to agreed campaign strategy and messaging. Test campaigns and adjust tactics to maximize results.
- Source, build and upload target campaign lists using tools such as marketo or ZoomInfo.
- Provide sales briefings on campaigns, work with sales to support campaign adoption, track usage and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Track effectiveness of campaigns, produce ROI reporting, and recommend changes or future programs to achieve marketing goals and maximize ROI.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related job experience in a marketing/inside sales role within IT software
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with building relationships with sales
- Strong understanding of effective sales/marketing campaigns and tactics including emails campaigns, sales call scripts, role-playing, pipeline acceleration programs, ABM programs and more
- Extensive experience with SFDC and Sales Engagement platforms required, Salesloft highly preferred.
- Experience with Marketo, ZoomInfo or other database tools required
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative/self-motivated
- Proficient with marketing applications, e.g., marketing database, campaign management, email execution tools. (Marketo, SFDC)
