Demand Generation Program Manager

• Manage end-to-end webinar program operations from webinar creation, dry-runs, and technical operation
• Support the Integrated Marketing team to build multi-channel demand gen programs for webinars and virtual event support the campaign team to define the strategy and multi-channel demand gen plan for our webinars and virtual events 
• Elevate the customer experience before, during, and after the webinar
• Own all operational communications (confirmations, reminders, thank you’s, and missed  you emails) around the webinar program
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Integrated Campaigns, Lifecycle, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams to execute multiple webinar programs simultaneously
• Develop reporting and benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of programs and implement improvements as required
• Build processes for managing webinar programs to scale
• Understand the journey of leads as they become MQLs, opportunities, and customers

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B enterprise technology company
• Hands-on experience with webinar platforms, marketing automation platforms, and Salesforce
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong strategic, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Mode, Looker, Tableau
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lead operations, and routing
• Organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects (webinars) in parallel
• Solid marketing email writing skills
