Demand Generation Program Manager (Austin)

We are looking for the right people to join our well-funded, growing open-source startup as we continue to grow our Americas business and build exciting technology. We are looking for a Demand Generation Program Manager to join our team at KNIME in Austin or remote.
Who are you?

You're a lover of all things inbound, with 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation roles. You are detail-oriented and able to move quickly on a smaller team, and you don't mind taking the lead on new things. You've definitely used one or more of these tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or Drip.

You get excited about spinning up landing pages and digital ad campaigns and know exactly what someone means when they mention "hidden fields" on their forms. UTMs are your friends.

You might not be very familiar with the data science industry, but that's okay because we'll teach you everything you need to know. Besides, your B2B marketing experience has already given you the tools you'll need to be successful.
What's the job?

You will take the lead on planning & running integrated campaigns for KNIME Marketing, working in tandem with Product Marketing & Events teams. Here's what the job will entail:

• Planning & executing A/B testing strategies across channels
• Working with our Product Marketing team in content planning & development to target audiences across all funnel stages
• Working alongside digital marketing professionals to maximize reach and optimize conversions in our paid social & digital channels
• Monitoring and optimizing campaigns & programs
• Measuring and analyzing campaign performance
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.

We use HubSpot as our marketing engine alongside Salesforce, so relevant experience is a plus. Experience with third party vendors and agencies is preferred.

This job can be done anywhere, but we do have a corporate office in Austin, TX.
