Zayo is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to collaborate with marketing teams to design audience segments based on vertical for specific campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Align vertical segmentation strategies with business goals by working closely with sales, product, and customer service teams.

Analyze audience behaviors with customer journey and data to develop target audiences that will drive high-quality engagement.

Coordinate/update email lists for emails and marketing programs, and evaluate audience overlap between marketing programs.

Segment the customer and prospect markets to enhance targeting effectiveness.

Partner with the Automation Manager to ensure leads are entered into the system correctly, with fields needed for segmentation and list building.ย

Direct leads to the appropriate account managers/owners based on segmentation, targets, vertical, etc.ย

Monitor lead flow to ensure timely follow-up and engagement; develop relationships with sellers and sales enablement for lead feedback.

Track lead progression and conversion rates with the sales team.

Ensure effective implementation of segmentation functionality.

Support (Email Marketing Strategist and Marketing Campaign Strategist in establishing new logo and nurture campaigns.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in audience segmentation and list management.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Google Suite, Google Analytics.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Ability to analyze lead flow and optimize targeting strategies.
Base Salary Range: $56,300 -$75,050 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
