Demand Generation Specialist
Job Description

Summary
- Builds, manages, and refines target audience contact database and develops campaigns that drive interest in Loyal solutions including message creation, CTAs, template and landing page design, and campaign workflows.
- Responsible for segmenting audiences based on behaviors, like past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance, and developing strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads.
- Responsible for developing all campaign content in partnership with the Sales Development team for sales outreach, events, conferences, webinars, and more.Â
- Analyzes and reports results from all outbound campaigns and makes recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, and SQL conversion; presents recommendations to the Sales and Marketing teams in a clear, logical, and compelling fashion.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. Perform A/B testing with regularity.
- Maintain knowledge of digital & email marketing best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of Loyal’s offerings, partner offerings, industry/product solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences as well as evolving strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce to create, monitor and track reporting of qualified prospects.
- Develops, executes, and manages multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline, including but not limited to webinars, conferences, emails, etc.Â
- Collaborates with Marketing & Sales to define the target audience, ideas, and messages to test.
- Uses a marketing automation tool such as Hubspot, owns and executes demand generation activities including, but not limited to engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy, and more
- Measures, reports, and optimizes program and campaign performance, and effectively and consistently communicates campaign plans, programs, and results with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- Partners with the Sales Development team to build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes.

 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.Â
- 2+ years of experience working in a demand/lead generation role or related role is required.
- 2+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective email marketing campaigns is required.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement technologies is preferred.Â
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and MailChimp is preferred.
- Experience working in or with the healthcare industry is preferred.Â
- Experience and familiarity with using Google Workspace is preferred.Â
- Experience working within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company is preferred.
- Experience working within a high growth and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience to be dynamic is preferred.Â
