About The Role
Fundraise Up is looking for a highly resourceful and organized Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team! In this role we are looking for someone who has a track record of planning and executing a variety of marketing campaigns including launches, events, and asset promotion. You will work with both internal and external teams to create engagement and build demand for our industry-leading technology within the nonprofit space. You’ll be working within a variety of systems and channels to execute against your programs including email, web, digital ads, social, and partnerships.
An ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, have a keen eye for detail, be technologically savvy, and have experience building relationships with teams to get things done. Key Responsibilities

Planning and executing strong marketing programs to drive revenue and create highly relevant experiences for potential customers

Working with various internal and external teams to create messaging and communications that align with demand generation goals

Working inside our MAP and other systems to build campaigns and emails
-
Measuring performance of marketing programs and assessing against goals
-
Building relationships with a range of Fundraise Up partners and vendors to create aligned value and demand through co-marketing programsÂ
-
Evaluating, building, and managing both in-person and virtual event plans that showcase our value in unique and creative ways Â
Skills and Qualifications:
-
A minimum of 2 years experience as a project / program managerÂ
-
Hands-on experience project managing initiatives from start to finish
-
Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficiently
-
Understand marketing, sales, and business processes
-
Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
Bonus Points

Experience working with non-profit organizations
-
Experience working in SaaS / tech based companies
-
Salesforce and Hubspot experience
-
Experience working closely with sales, CS, and ops teams
-
Experience working with external agencies and vendorsÂ
-
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
