The Challenge

The Partner Hub Associate is responsible for interacting with Partners who are new to Adobe or who are in the beginning of their journey with Adobe and drive the Partner sales motion where we have regional gaps. The Partner Hub Associate will work with Partners across assigned region working very closely with Sales and Marketing to lead the Partner pipeline and go-to-market activities that bring new clients to Adobe. This is a great entry level role for someone who interested in a career in partner sales or in strategic alliances.

What You'll Do

  • You will be the first point of contact for new Partners who are interested in elevating their relationship with Adobe by developing and leveraging existing processes to nurture new and existing partners
  • You are responsible for qualifying Partner-created opportunities with these Partners, connect them to the field sales and help educate the field sales on the Partners' capabilities.
  • You are responsible for aligning partners to the field sales for co-sell activities.
  • You will enable Partners on Adobe Deal Registration processes and best practices.
  • You will guide the Partners on how to build Adobe capability and successful partnership with Adobe.
  • You will triage escalations during the sales process and find the right internal Adobe people to help.
  • You will deliver on success metrics developed for the Partner Hub
  • You will assist leadership in cultivating an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Good sales acumen and understanding on how to leverage partners for successful outcomes.
  • Experience in a quota-based Channel Sales role and/or partner program development - this includes experience in partner enablement, partner sales and partner marketing.
  • You are comfortable with interacting a large number of partners.
  • Experience working in a Recurring Revenue or SaaS organization
  • Keen understanding of and experience with marketing automation platforms and/or digital software sales.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
  • You thrive on challenges and have and can succeed in a complex client acquisition driven business, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise space.
  • You have a passion for getting things done in an ambiguous environment, enjoy working hard, are full of energy for challenges, and seize opportunities more than others.
  • Master Communicator - You provide the information to the right people at the right time in the right way, adjusting your approach to fit the audience and setting (one-on-one, small and large groups, peers, and leaders inside and outside the organization). Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and client / partner relationship skills are critical.

You have good understanding of Salesforce CRM, standard sales methodologies and ideally have a basic overview understanding of the principles HTML, CSS and internet technologies (shopping carts, web hosting, email, and online marketing tools).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $57,100 -- $112,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
