Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Demand Generation Technology Program Manager to join our Demand Generation Technology Operations team. Insight on your impact  

As a key member of the Demand Generation Technology Operations team, you will work closely with the Marketing & Sales Operations Technology teams to implement and optimize our demand generation stack. The ideal candidate thrives on software and technology. You will own the strategy and success of Outreach.io – collaborating with Sales Enablement and Marketing teams ensuring optimal communication around updates in sales messaging, sequence performance, revenue attribution, and end user adoption. You will help define go-to-market metrics, gaps in our tech ecosystem, and help users improve their workflows to be more efficient, ultimately helping them have a bigger impact on company results.   

Your qualifications, your influence  

To be successful in the role, you‘ll: 

  • Own integration of Outreach with Salesforce, optimizing workflows and maintaining data compliance
  • Perform all day-to-day admin activities for Outreach including, but not limited to, user provisioning, sequence and content management, and reporting and analytics
  • Present trainings on process updates and best practices to our go-to-market teams
  • Design or improve existing Demand Gen and Sales workflows with our systems to help maximize efficiencies 
  • Increase understanding of sales engagement ROI through reporting and attribution so we can track impact on pipeline 
  • Strong project management and collaboration with Field Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, and IT to continuously drive improvements and adoption

Preferred skills and technical familiarity  

Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role 

  • 4+ years in Sales/Marketing Operations, Enablement, or Demand Generation related experience 
  • Experience architecting and owning Sales Engagement platforms a must, either Outreach.io or similar 
  • Working experience with Salesforce and other tools such as Marketo, Drift, LeadIQ, Gong, and more
  • Understanding of Demand Generation and data & analytics
  • Proven success training end users on tools
