We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation/ABM Manager to create, execute, and drive marketing programs that help build our B2B sales pipeline. This person will own the overall demand generation and account-based marketing strategy for both our Commercial and Enterprise segments. You will work cross-functionally to design, execute, and optimize programs, leveraging webinars, email, events, digital advertising, direct marketing, and sales to create customer-centric programs.
What you will do:
- Help develop and activate integrated marketing campaigns that will generate growth across our business.
- Work across the Marketing team and potentially external resources to facilitate a cohesive and targeted tactical marketing plan to achieve market awareness, lead generation, pipeline development, and sales readiness for segment.
- Oversee budget, measure, and report on MQL targets, and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to create one-to-one and one-to-many tactics to increase engagement among key accounts.
- Launch and manage targeted yet scalable account-based marketing to generate revenue, increase account penetration, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and emails to generate high quality leads.
- Monitor, track, and report on engagement of key accounts and results across all programs and campaigns.
- Report out on campaign performance and attribution against key metrics to a variety of stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2+ years focused on demand generation/ABM activities.
- Experience working well with Sales teams
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, or like systems
- Proven track record of successfully planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on targeted, personalized campaigns across various channels.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Position eligible for performance bonus and equity.
Role-based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Will consider remote for the right candidate.
