Demand Planning Manager

Retalent Agency is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our team. As a Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting and managing customer demand to ensure optimal inventory levels. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather data and develop accurate demand forecasts.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather data and insights
• Analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand forecasts
• Implementing demand planning strategies and optimizing inventory levels based on demand forecasts
• Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment
• Monitoring and evaluating demand planning metrics and making recommendations for process improvements
• Regularly reviewing and updating demand forecasts based on changing market conditions and business needs

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in demand planning software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques and statistical analysis
• Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
