Your Role and Responsibilities
Localization of Strategic planning
• Build knowledge & understanding of local business needs strategy & performance – “voice of Market” to Campaign aligned Demand Strategists
• Localize and share Experience Engine strategy with local stakeholders – across sales and all marketing disciplines to ensure effective execution and deliver specific business outcomes.
• Support NQ planning in the market and collaborate with the EE hub team and the local marketing team to ensure the market priorities and requirements are inputted and addressed effectively inc. the local event plan for sitelink promotions prospecting and progression insights from Field Sales
• Execution & Conversion
• Communicate detailed Experience Engine Plan to Field Sales Ecosystem Digital Sales CMO and marketing teams
• Strong collaboration with FM digital sales and partner ecosystem marketing to ensure effective lead passing is in place for conversion of Client Interests
• Implement and own management system with local SDR team to optimize inbound Pipeline creation and Win Revenue with special focus on PLG offerings
• Implement and own management system within the market to improve conversion of Demand Client Interests into Net New Pipeline and progression of existing pipeline with special focus on PLG offerings
• Local language focal for translation & validation of content and keywords
• Identify critical process gaps for Core Squads to address (temporary workarounds may be necessary eg. deploy Inbound Salesloft cadences such as tool upload content for Outbound in short term)
Performance Optimization
• Monitor marketing performance KPIs and analytics on the end-to-end marketing funnel including root cause analysis
• Collaborate with local marketing team to optimize client journeys including all tactics
• Feedback on pervasive issues and collaborate with the Geo Campaign aligned Demand Strategist to optimize campaign performance
• Provide market specific suggestions to optimize performance e.g. local paid media vendors audience translation optimization keyword validation etc.
• Ongoing collaboration with the SDR team to review conversion rates capture learnings/best practice and define actions to improve campaigns and workload
This is a Hybrid role attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.
