The Demand to Renew (D2R) Solution Lead plays an integral role in reimagining our end-to-end Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functional domain. As the Salesforce Solution Lead / Product Owner at Rockwell, you will take on a strategic role where you lead a team of solution architects and provide guidance on designing, managing, and implementing our Salesforce ecosystem. Your exceptional leadership skills, coupled with your expertise in Salesforce and integration tools, will drive the enhancement of our sales and customer relationship management processes. You will also lead the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud as part of the Demand to Renew (D2R) program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce specialists, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategy Development: Take ownership of defining strategic direction for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency in sales and customer management processes, aligning with business objectives.
- Feature Assessment: Oversee the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features and capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
- Integration Management: Facilitate third-party system integration using APIs.
- Project Ownership: Lead projects from planning to post-implementation support.
- Process Enhancement: Identify process improvement opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Team Guidance: Provide guidance to junior team members for their growth.
- Customer-Centricity: Ensure Salesforce solutions enhance user experience and meet stakeholder needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems or related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Strong working knowledge and configuration experience in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience in solution architecture and product leadership.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce and third party applications.
- Must exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience designing, integrating and managing complex IT application solutions for critical business issues in the Sales & Marketing or Customer Service verticals.
- Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking and financial analysis
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups
- This position can be performed from any US location.
- The base salary compensation range for this role is $131,600 to $197,400 USD Annual with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our company benefits can be found at raquickfind.com.
