As a Department Administrator II, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing basic and some advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area.
  • Being responsible for performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions, and other similar duties.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, or correspondence.
  • Following organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks.
  • Supporting in facilitating logistics of the functional group.
  • Handling special projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have 3+ years of office experience.
  • Have intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company-specific databases.
