Job Description

Responsibilities:

β€’ Monitor and manage all inventory purchases within the AACD part small inventory.β€’ Manage office budget.β€’ Serve as the liaison between supervisors, managers and/or executive and other company personnel. Relay messages and instructions, coordinate department meetings and events.β€’ Coordinate and assist in booking travel and third-party training for department team.β€’ Perform receptionist duties, coordinate access of visitors, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.β€’ Prepare materials and information for projects and/or meetings.β€’ Assist the Director in the creation, management and distribution of necessary policies and guidelines. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.β€’ Order and maintain office supplies.β€’ Order and receive a limited number of purchase orders and code invoicesβ€’ Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.β€’ Perform other work tasks as assigned.β€’ Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must be a self-starter and driven, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google products. Experience with EPR system and Jira is preferred.
