Deployment Analyst

Position Summary

The Deployment Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality knowledge transfer services to clients allowing them to use Tyler software products efficiently and effectively to achieve daily operations. This role provides a technical implementation resource for Infrastructure Engineers as it relates to Deployments and is in charge of performing onsite and/or remote installation services for new/existing implementations of Tyler software.

The Deployment Analyst is a key team player who will take ownership of software installations. This role works with clients on implementing software and partners with technical resources to see them through to a successful resolution.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation and configuration services for Tyler Software products for new and existing clients in accordance with timelines set forth with SLA's and/or Go-Live requirements.
• Installs and configures applications which run on the Microsoft Windows platform, Microsoft SQL Server, and web server infrastructure.
• Works with internal and external clients on resolving highly complex, detailed and high priority network, server, and system technical issues.
• Provides installation planning and communication to customers.
• May identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development and other relevant changes.
• Works with other departments to address client needs in regard to software upgrades and deployment tasks.
• Prioritizes workload and resolution to meet service level agreements.
• Provides training to clients and staff regarding software and installation procedures as needed. Follows documented Tyler Technologies, Inc. policies and procedures.
• Respects the client's policies and procedures.
• Tracks and recognizes knowledge opportunities; recommends and performs additional training as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or comparable work experience.
• Typically a minimum of two years experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience with hardware/software installations.
• Experience installing applications on Windows platform.
• Working knowledge of server hardware and network configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and analytical/problem solving skills.
• Ability to work within a team and individually
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, technical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
