Job Description
We, at Flywire, are looking for a driven, self-motivated Deployment Consultant to carry out solutions integration and implementation activities that bring value to our clients and partners. This individual will support our Sales and Relationship Management teams to ensure onboarding excellence. Interested candidates should bring high quality client management, project management and technical consultation skills into a quickly growing and dynamic team.

  • Support client acquisition with pre-sales presentations, documentation
  • Present and articulate product functionality, features and standardized solutions
  • Participate in discovery sessions to fully understand existing processes, pain points, and business objectives to collaboratively define the implementation approach for clients.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert in presenting integration options to our clients and integration partners.
  • Integrate and deploy Flywire payment portals for clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day/ business as usual support of a system partner or key client's ongoing integration needs
  • Communication of progress and expectations to key internal/external stakeholders
  • Project manage integrations from pre-sales to go-live, leading on the hands-on configuration of Flywire solutions and their testing
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time & within scope
  • Work with internal Product and Development teams to define enhancements to existing Flywire implementation options


Qualifications
What we're looking for:

  • Recent graduates or up to 2 years of working experience. Relevant experience in consulting a plus. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Experience in any of the following industries: Payments, Education, Financial Services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with talents for public speaking and explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong presentation skills that can clearly articulate ideas, concepts, and solutions.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: systems integration, programming and web development, cloud computing, testing and troubleshooting, database management, networking and infrastructure, business process modelling, project management, technical support.
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
