We are looking for a Deployment Engineer experienced in working with SaaS products and solutions in a post-sales capacity, while working with cross functional partners to ensure our strategy and technical visions are incorporated into the client delivery. Array offers an industry-leading suite of consumer credit solutions to deepen financial relationships with consumers in the Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, and Direct to Consumer spaces. This role will report directly to the Director of Client Solutions Engineering.

You Will:

  • Lead a complex, multi-layered integration using a consultative and client-first approach
  • Explain technical solutions to different levels of audiences including the C-suite on our client team
  • Hold our clients and internal teams accountable for delivery timelines
  • Excel in fast-paced environments, optimizing competing priorities and understanding the need for quick execution on client deliverables
  • Advocate for the best possible end-user experience on behalf of the client
  • Combine business cases and convert them into creative technical solutions
  • Maintain a cross-functional partnership between engineering, product, and account management to provide an optimal end product

You Have:

  • 1-3 years experience in a post-sales, solutions architecture, technical sales engineering, or technical project management position
  • Experience working and communicating with clients applying a solutions mindset
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • The ability to solve complex problems, and have a willingness to learn
  • Appreciation in learning and engaging with new CRM and visualization tools
  • Experience with software development such as Agile and waterfall using modern technology stacks
  • A Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent work experience

Pay Transparency: 
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (base)

The pay range above represents the current low and high end of the compensation band for this position and may change in the future. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as candidate skills, qualifications and experience. Other compensation may include equity options and incentives.
