Job Description

At Invisible AI, we are building the future of computer vision. Our core focus is on developing an end-to-end platform that can digitize the physical world to solve business problems. Today, our visual intelligence platform uses AI-enabled cameras to analyze human body posture in real-time — without streaming any video to the cloud. Coming from the world of self-driving cars, the founders of Invisible AI have years of experience in building and deploying large-scale machine learning pipelines.

As a Deployment Manager, you will be instrumental in deploying artificial intelligence technologies across our clients' manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, tailored to meet the unique requirements and metrics of each client. This role involves closely collaborating with client teams to understand their specific manufacturing challenges and objectives - ensuring that the AI solutions provided significantly enhance their operational efficiency and productivity. Your expertise will not only drive innovation in our clients' manufacturing processes but also reinforce our position as a leader in AI and computer vision within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • AI Solution Management: Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of AI solutions within the manufacturing environment. Ensure that these solutions are scalable, efficient, and in line with industry standards.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of AI deployment projects, from initial concept to final implementation. This includes setting and managing budgets, timelines, and performance standards for the Invisible AI teams working in our customer facilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, customer manufacturing engineers, and IT solution architects to develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope and technical feasibility. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor in AI technology on the plant floor.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire teams of vision systems engineers and technicians dedicated to delivering AI solutions. Promote an agile and collaborative work environment, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the annual roll-out strategy for AI integration within manufacturing operations. Develop work plans and project schedules in collaboration with various partners.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Have proven experience in deploying technology solutions in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment on a global scale.
  • PMO experience and PMP certification highly desired.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
  • Have strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Pride themselves on excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be excited about AI and ready to take risks in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • 50% domestic and international travel required

Our compensation package plays a big part in how we value your impact on our mission. Our base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The estimated base salary guideline range for this role is between $165,000 and $190,000 and may be modified. This will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. Invisible AI is an equal opportunity employer.
