We are currently seeking a ((Staging Tech)) to join our team in ((Atlanta)), ((GA)), ((US)).

Overview:

Working at our main Staging Center in Atlanta, you will be part of the team that rolls-out new devices, repairs and re-purposes older devices, and updates others.

Duties:
  • Imaging, quality checking, PC repairs, inventory tracking, and preparing new and repurposed assets for deployment to end clients
  • Travel between sites is rare but, sometimes required.
  • Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are required
  • Execute service delivery by performing Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware and Software Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, and Smarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed Client Process and Procedure Guide.
  • Coordinate with client end users on expectations, schedule of availability, and process and procedures
  • Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
  • Update system of record for delivery of Incidents, Requests, and Refresh
  • Update asset management information for assets receiving services -Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plans as well as following action plans
  • Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate incidents and conduct installs
  • Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globally impact the end user environment
  • Continuously improve both individual and team technical skills and knowledge through knowledge share.


You Must Have:

1. 3 years' experience providing desktop support both in person and remotely

2. 3 years' experience installing, modifying, and updating Windows

3. 3 years' experience imaging desktops and laptops

Candidates for this position will be required to adhere to NTT DATA's and its clients' COVID-19 health and safety protocols. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who works in Colorado is $30,000 - $55,000. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on a number of factors, including work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
