Deposit Operations Supervisor

This position is responsible for supervising the Deposit Operations department and being the subject matter expert for all deposit related items. Higher level duties include reviewing internal audit requests, abandoned property, MasterCard quarterly reporting, annual state ATM reporting and returned item processing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supervising department work in manager’s absence
• Review of internal audit requests
• Completing quarterly Mastercard Processing
• Completing annual state ATM reporting
• Processing returned items incoming and outgoing, processing Fed adjustments
• Assisting ACH and Reg E Coordinators daily tasks, with a focus of coverage in their absence
• Reviewing and approving mobile capture deposits
• Daily ATM and Debit Card balancing
• Balancing general ledger and bank owned DDA’s 
• Review of abandoned property 
• Managing cash orders for bank commercial vaults
• Completing setup and changes for all Business Online Banking and Cash Management service requests
• Setup and managing accounts through Promontory for ICS and CDARS accounts
• Researching issues for front line and branch staff utilizing SalesForce
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid background in bank operations, including retail and back office area. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of word and excel applications
• 5 years of operational or branch banking experience
• Team player

• Ability to assist front end staff and branches in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
