Deposit Ops Representative

BASIC PURPOSE:

Maintenance & keying of all Deposit Applications & Safe Deposit Boxes.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As a Deposit Ops Rep, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to:• Review new accounts for accuracy and completeness• Perform maintenance on existing accounts, including:

o Address changes

o Account information changes

o Account messages

o Customer information updates/changes• Review and process account and customer documentation• Provide support to internal personnel• Review and check stop payments, AFTs, and holds• Key and process daily CD/IRA transactions• Review various daily reports• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures• Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that permits to Deposit Operations

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Proficient in Excel & word. Great organizational skills.
