Depository Analyst, Officer

Who we are looking for

Depositary Officer (SQL Implementation Expert) that will be responsible for servicing and supporting further development of the Governance.com platform, which maintains the asset inventory for private equity / real estate / fund of funds and debt asset classes. The platform leverages key documents linked to the investments and checklists (controls) that are required for the depositary duties. Governance.com also includes workflows to facilitate the reviews and processes. Finally, the platform can also be used as a centralized point for various trackers.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Depository Analyst you will

• Support business for every topic related to the platform
• Maintain the database within the platform
• Update dashboards
• Upgrade and develop new automated processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytics and technical modelling skills with large data sets, especially looking for PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with programming language and workflows BPM (Groovy script).
• Comprehensive knowledge of database structure.
• VBA expert.
• Experience in a bank environment is appreciated.
• Knowledge and utilization of MS Office.
• Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a plus.
• Experience with ETL and / or low-code Process management platform will be considered as an asset.
• English and either French or German (fluent, spoken and in writing)
• Other languages are an advantage
