Deputy Manager - Graphic/Visual Designer

The Graphic/Visual designer for IACS Solutions Development enhances customer satisfaction by improving the memorable impact, usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and surveys to identify the users' goals and to create wireframes and interactive prototypes for the product or service.

• Ensure the interface is well organized and functions accordingly.

• Develop User interface (UI) and interaction design to ensure that all the features a user sees and interacts with are easy to access, understand, and use on various devices.

• Make user interactions pleasant and meaningful by ensuring that a user gets the desired experience at every touchpoint.

• Develop product or service interactions that are easy to learn, give users clues on what to do during the journey, and correct errors early.

• Visualize and develop creative and relevant visuals and animations for IACS learning content.

Build a positive and consistent brand image and communicate the right information to users, through use of colors, fonts, images, illustrations, icons, and other graphics, at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience

3+ years of Graphic Design and media creation experience

Education

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Social Media, Advertising, or similar field

Competencies

• Exhibits strong verbal communication skills and can articulate and enunciate clearly, simply, legibly and professionally.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, etc.

• Knowledge in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia

• Strong layout and typography skills for all mediums (web, print and video)

Expertise in graphic design, branding, and visual communication
