Deputy Manager-Order Booking

Team Leader of Power Services, Industry, and DPIBS Order Booking. Consolidation of the monthly order booking forecast, as well as database management of booked orders. This position requires addressing escalated customer inquiries, as well as requests from the Execution and Sales Teams. Monitor and evaluating all order-related issues, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the accurate booking of all orders in a timely manner. Ensures compliance with all company and business policies, establishing a standard of excellence within the team.
