Your Role and Responsibilities
The MyNavy HR Transformation program is intended to evolve the Navy’s current MyNavy HR support environment from 200+ legacy applications (50+systems) to a cloud-based architecture comprised of five systems: Single Point of Entry (SPOE) Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2) Learning Stack (LS) and the Authoritative Data Environment (ADE).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with Navy Clients
• 6-10 years of increasing responsibility
• 1-3 years of professional experience managing project teams
• Coordinate design system validation testing implementation and upgrade activities
• Business knowledge of or experience managing people
• History of delivering high quality client deliverables
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology
• Ability maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies and experience working with cloud governance models and tools
• Experience with modernizations
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Experience with backfilling a project manager
• PMP
• Agile Certification
• United States – DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Prior Navy ADE Experience
