Your Role and Responsibilities
The MyNavy HR Transformation program is intended to evolve the Navy’s current MyNavy HR support environment from 200+ legacy applications (50+systems) to a cloud-based architecture comprised of five systems: Single Point of Entry (SPOE) Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2) Learning Stack (LS) and the Authoritative Data Environment (ADE).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
β€’ Experience with Navy Clients
β€’ 6-10 years of increasing responsibility
β€’ 1-3 years of professional experience managing project teams
β€’ Coordinate design system validation testing implementation and upgrade activities
β€’ Business knowledge of or experience managing people
β€’ History of delivering high quality client deliverables
β€’ Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
β€’ Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology
β€’ Ability maintain a Secret Security Clearance
β€’ Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies and experience working with cloud governance models and tools
β€’ Experience with modernizations
β€’ Ability to solve complex problems
β€’ Experience with backfilling a project manager
β€’ PMP
β€’ Agile Certification
β€’ United States – DoD Secret Security Clearance


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
β€’ Prior Navy ADE Experience
