The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Role Attributes:The primary focus of this position is on the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of changes and improvementsIncumbents are fully experienced professionals and have an in-depth understanding of governing rules and regulations and the implication of processes on other groups within the division.Works on basic projects with assistance and oversight of senior staff and managers. Responsible for the interpretation and consistent execution of the operation policies and associated procedures, and contribute to their formulation. Handles the majority of operational issues and some improvement opportunities, without needing to refer to others and develop creative and innovative solutions where appropriate. The Operations Support Analyst is responsible for enhancing internal Residential Lending operations process to increase efficiency, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and increase productivity. Responsibilities include:Mitigating risk by ensuring compliance with bank policy and regulationsMaintaining a risk and control assessment program and ensuring the established procedures are in placeAdministering constant review and re-engineering of operational processes and proceduresResponsible for supporting projects and recommending innovative solutions for process improvements
