Job Description

We are looking for a Derivatives Operations Consultant to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:

• Contacts with all counterparties, ensuring smooth trade allocation and clearing processes.
• Oversees and optimizes daily trade flows to ensure efficient Straight-Through Processing (STP).
• Assesses and manages risks, while ensuring that all necessary reconciliations are completed on time.
• Collaborates on client-related queries and performs closeouts as required.
• Contributes to projects aimed at advancing business growth and generates procedural documentation and key performance indicators.

Profile:

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• + 2 years of Banking Operations and/or Financial Markets or other relevant experience
• General Financial Markets, Structured Products and Investment Funds knowledge
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Driven to team work
• Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
