Practice Details:
•  Multiple locations to choose from include the Quad Cities and all over Illinois - Where are you interested?
•  Leadership is committed to physician input - Multiple providers recently renewed their contracts
•  Unmatched support staff of several RN's to help prep, do intake and scribe - Easily see over 40 patients/day
•  Flagship location has an In-house Pathology Lab, MedSpa and ASC
•  General Dermatology with the opportunity to build in MOHS or even Dermatopathology
•  3, 4 or 5-day work week with other flexible options considered
•  No call required

Compensation Details:
•  Base salary + graduated collections or 100% production model - Demonstrated earning potential of anywhere between $725K - $1 Million
•  $200K+ Sign-On bonus
•  Comprehensive benefits package includes 15K paid relocation, $5K CME Allowance, 401k with 4% match, all types of insurance, and 6 weeks PTO

Community Details:
•  Flagship location resides in a central Illinois community with a metro population of over 400,000
•  Other locations include Davenport, Springfield, or just 1-hour from Chicago and Madison
