Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable front-end applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and architecture quality. You will:

  • Develop and maintain React-based web applications using modular and reusable architecture principles.
  • Lead technical decisions related to front-end architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Use Claude Code to generate, review, refactor, and document code, as well as support automated testing efforts.
  • Integrate and consume REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data handling and application performance.
  • Ensure high standards of performance and accessibility, including Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse metrics.
  • Implement automated testing strategies, including unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Participate in code reviews, promoting technical improvements and architectural consistency.
  • Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with backend, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Produce and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate has strong experience in front-end development and a solid understanding of modern React ecosystems, along with a proactive and collaborative mindset. You should have:

    • Proven experience in front-end development with React in production environments.
    • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
    • Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
    • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, or Styled Components.
    • Practical experience using Claude Code for development tasks such as code generation, refactoring, and debugging.
    • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
    • Understanding of front-end security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CSP).
    • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset.
    • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
    • Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities and attention to detail.
    • Nice to have:

      • Experience with Next.js.
      • Familiarity with E2E testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
      • Knowledge of performance optimization at scale.
      • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
