JOB OBJECTIVE: Epirus is seeking a  team to support our rapid growth. The Design Coordinator will work closely with all teams throughout the company. The ideal candidate is passionate about photography as well as videography and understands video/photo production from preproduction to final product. You will be tasked with conducting interviews, setting up lighting arrangements to support content capture, assisting all teams within the company to achieve time sensitive projects requiring image/video capture and event branding. Duties
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for all teams within the company
  • Setup and conduct interviews of employees for specific projects
  • Catalogue content from company events and field tests/demos (Digital Asset Management)
  • Assist graphics team with projects
  • Create narratives and shot lists for field tests/demos
  • Capture/Edit high quality photos and videos 
  • Candidate would be expected to take content capture projects from start to finish – coordinate meetings with key team members, create narratives and shot lists to support deliverables, capture/edit content, conduct revisions as needed
  • Work closely with VP of Marketing and agencies to ensure cohesive visual language
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling visuals for sophisticated audiences
  • Manage in-house video and live production equipment
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of proven experience in delivering high quality photography and videography, preferably in a corporate or agency background
  • Knowledge with Adobe Products: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Adobe Illustrator and After Affects
  • Experience working with professional film crews
  • Live Video Production experience
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under strict timelines
  • Self-starter who can own projects from start to finish with minimal guidance
  • Experience in prioritizing multiple, concurrent projects with a collaborative approach
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (future US Security Clearance may be required)
