Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Contract Design Director to temporarily join our Executive and Employee Communications team. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. Responsibilities- Strategize, conceptualize, develop, and implement creative work across all disciplines.
- Communicate with your clients to define needs for each project.
- Collaborate with Marketing design team to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Create visual elements to aid culture initiatives, strategy for programs, or any visual asset required by the client.
- Design and support executive presentations within brand guidelines and timeline.
- Work with Senior Video Producer to create concepts and animations to support various video initiatives.
- Strategize and conceptualize with facility teams on any needs they have for future offices to reflect the Anaplan brand meeting brand standards and creating a great space for employees to do their best work.
- Aid current designers with any projects they may need assistance with given workload.
- A degree in a visual or graphic design discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Six or more years of experience as a senior-level designer.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
- Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: branding, advertising, video, websites, interactive, social campaigns, content marketing, environmental design, and events.
- Must be a self-starter comfortable working within project scope and the willingness to collaborate with clients for their needs.
- A passion for the craft of their subject area, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Advanced perspective of brand design with the ability to translate complex concepts into innovative brand experiences.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Ability to deliver completed assets in predefined formats and resolutions.
