This position can be located in Waterloo, IA or Moline, IL.
This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Design Engineer on Electric Vehicle Drivetrain Systems within the Tractor Drivetrain & Hydraulic Core Technology Team you will be responsible for the design & implementation of the following:

• Traction System Rotating Components
• All Wheel Drive (AWD) System Rotating Components
• Park System Rotating Components
• Drivetrain Lube and Cooling Oil Management

What Skills You Need

• 5 or more years of experience on CREO 3D Design
• 5 or more years of experience on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• 5 or more years of experience on Drivetrain Speed-Torque Schemes
• 5 or more years of experience on Drivetrain Systems Design, Test or Manufacture
• 5 or more years of experience on Drivetrain Rotating Component Design, Test or Manufacture
• 3 or more years of experience on Drivetrain Variable Traction Control System Design or Test
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related field.
