Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Design Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. You will be the first Design Engineer at Ivo and have a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping Ivo’s product user experience and overall design strategy. You’ll work closely with the leadership and engineering to create intuitive user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. Ideally you should be comfortable with both product design and front end engineering.

What You’ll Do

Have significant input into the entire design and creative process
Deeply understand the product to create industry leading user experiences
Build out our front end. Champion a reusable component system
Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens
Ensure we keep our quality bar high whilst shipping fast

Your Qualifications:

You have 3+ years of experience in product design/front end development
You have proficiency in Figma and React/Next.js or other modern tooling
You have a customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems
You move fast and have experience in high-velocity teams.

Can I work remotely? We require candidates to work with us in-person 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
Compensation: The USD salary range for this role is $150K-$230k . Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
