Design Intern

Design Intern 

As a Design Intern, you will work with our design team on various projects and campaigns, such as emails, social media posts, stories, banners, decks and ads. You will also learn how to prepare web-ready files and deliver them to our development team. You should have a good eye for design, a strong portfolio of digital work and be passionate about creating engaging and effective digital content!

Responsibilities:  

• Assist with production design for ads, banners and social media images
• Support Digital Design team in creative projects and marketing campaigns with tight deadlines
• Help prepare web-ready files and deliver them to development team
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and marketing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• University Junior or Senior studying Graphic Design or a related field
• Preferred Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge)
• Email and web design experience
• Excellent visual skills (image selection, storytelling, typography, layout, color)
• Familiar with digital commerce, user-experience and social media
• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Organized, efficient and detail oriented

The salary range below includes variations between all locations and offers a reflection of the highest potential and/or eventual salary in this position. There is no standard offer, as each is based on experience, location, and other factual criteria.

Salary Range: $15.50/hr - $17.50/hr.
