Hyport Digital, a brand of the N2 Company, is seeking a Design Lead to join our growing team. The N2 Company is America’s leading publisher of community magazines. As a Design Lead at Hyport Digital, you'll play a pivotal role in steering the design direction for various digital projects, including websites and emails, and you'll have the opportunity to build and mentor a team of skilled Designers. Reporting directly to our Product Manager for Website, Email & Live Chat, you'll be an invaluable resource for all things design within the company.
Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This role is fully remote. The starting salary for this position is $60,000.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Act as the main point of leadership for the Design team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
- Take charge of designing internal and external digital projects, including but not limited to websites and emails, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Keep updated with the latest digital marketing trends in website and email design to ensure the company's design initiatives are cutting-edge and effective.
- Meet and maintain production, quality, and accuracy standards in digital design across all projects, ensuring all design output meets organizational expectations.
- Serve as a go-to resource for all design-related inquiries and challenges within the organization and for Hyport Digital as a whole.
To Land This Gig, You Need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Design team.
- Strong background in UI / UX design for web and email.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
