Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with customers, partners and teammates to gather requirements and identify gaps between software and desired operational outcomes
• Work with Customers to design processes and workflows using the industry's best practices that meet the client's needs and WMS software architecture
• Participate in functional and technical discussions with the client including integrating WMS to ERP, MHE and other related systems
• Development of scalable implementation plans that support a rapidly growing client base
• Work to ensure that all operational functions are aligned with JASCI company objectives and client needs
• Prepare and analyze project documentation
• Performs the necessary analysis to identify any business issues while providing solution requirements and any related benefits
• Experience with development or support of end-to-end business processes
• Experience with design and definition of WMS functional requirements
• Interact with key internal, partner and client stakeholders project status
• Updates and communications to internal resources, partners and client stakeholders
• Ability to travel to the client site for delivery of solutions as required

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience. • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing WMS and Supply Chain software solutions and implementation plans • Experience in full project lifecycle in WMS - Business Process Design, System Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Post Deployment Hyper Care • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing large scale warehouse management solutions in E- Commerce, Wholesale, Retail, CPG/Manufacturing industries • Client facing experience Effective communicator and ability to work well in a team environment

Other Job Specific Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Warehouse Management projects for Tier 1 WMS software
• Experience with other Supply Chain solutions like Order Management, Transportation Management Systems, Labor Management Yard Management
• Experience as a WMS Subject Matter Expert and/or have hands-on functional experience Warehouse Management applications
• Experienced in integration of WMS solutions with other applications/systems including but not limited to ERP, OMS, LMS, YMS, TMS, MHE
• Architecture experience with the ability to provide thought leadership around best practices
• Experience working with operational teams

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

BS in Computer Science or related engineering degree
