About The Job:

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead to manage the design team working on the user experience and interfaces for our flagship product. Your responsibilities will include shaping a long-term design strategy, enhancing user workflows, and leading a team of designers to achieve product goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Design interfaces for spend management and card-related features.
• Conduct user research to analyze needs and optimize interfaces.
• Support and develop two designers through mentorship, regular reviews, and professional growth opportunities.
• Allocate tasks and manage workflows within the design team.
• Develop and maintain the product’s design system, ensuring it supports scalable solutions.
• Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to streamline the product creation process.
• Participate in strategic discussions to advance product development and implement design solutions aligned with business goals.

The skillset we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in product design, with at least 1–2 years as a design lead or team manager.
• Experience with financial or technology products (fintech experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in design and research tools (Figma, Maze, etc.).
• Experience conducting and interpreting user research.
• Strong understanding of JTBD, user workflows, and building design systems.
• Leadership skills, adaptability in uncertain environments, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
