About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Product Design Manager to lead our design team in creating engaging user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design a passion for solving complex user problems and a proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management engineering and marketing to drive the design vision and ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Bachelor’s degree in Design HCI or related field preferred

• 5+ years in digital product design including 3+ years in management

• Strong UX/UI portfolio and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with Wireframing User Testing and design processes

• Leadership skills for managing and mentoring a design team

• Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with Agile methodology Azure DevOps Jira and Confluence

• Experience with responsive design especially for mobile

• Passion for design trends and new technologies

Compensation:

• Base: $195000

• Base + Bonus Target: $260000

• This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role subject to change.
