Franklin, TN

Hybrid (Two days a week onsite)

Design Manager collaborates closely with external agencies, Innovation (GICs), regional Marketing and Customer teams. Design in Pet Nutrition plays critical role in driving Superior Pet Parent Brand Experience. The purpose of this role is in achieving superior consumer engagement and conversion by pooling Effectiveness and Efficiency levers for our On-pack, In-store, and Digital Content Design.

What are we looking for?

• Design B.A degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Design management experience
• Experience in Design Agency management
• Brand management and multifunction collaboration experience.
• Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Capable of influence organization by role model and demo
• Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
• Previous brand strategy experience

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Design Agency management, capabilities, and quality of work assessment.
• Maintaining standard design development and approval process, tracking KPIs to drive Effectiveness and Efficiency.
• Design budget tracking: support Marketing in planning, ensure accuracy of project scope and estimates.
• Leading design strategy and Visual ID development for Local brands. Executing with excellence Design Strategies developed by other Lead Units.
• Acting as a steward for our Brand Identity and Distinctive Assets, advocating and steering work driving congruency of the brand experience with all Marketing & Agency partners.
