The Design Manager efficiently manages graphic & design teams / departments. Creative and artistic, they should apply that creative nature in a corporate environment.

What you'll do

• Skilled and educated, the design manager collaborates with internal business partners to ensure designs succeed and messages are properly delivered.
• Meet with senior leadership, listen to their project specifications and can translate their requests into designs.
• Provide the creative structure to the internal design team, assisting with project management and ensuring success of each creative deliverable.
• Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline
• Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrants

What you'll bring

• Education: Degree in graphic design, visual arts or other relevant fields.
• Experience: Expertise in design tools (ex. Adobe, Creative Suite, etc), with additional expertise in digital technology (ex. HTML, CSS, UI design).
• Proven track record of successful campaigns and strong team collaboration
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
